Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BoVerse platform and services operated by BoVerse Inc. ("BoVerse", "we", "us", or "our"). Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the BoVerse platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Description of Service
BoVerse provides an AI workflow infrastructure platform that enables organizations to build, deploy, and manage intelligent workflows. The platform includes workflow orchestration, knowledge extraction, agent routing, governance controls, and production deployment capabilities.
3. Accounts and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Your Data
You retain all rights to the data you upload to the BoVerse platform. We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the services you request. We do not use your data to train AI models. All data is stored within Canadian infrastructure by default.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the platform to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) infringe on the rights of others; (c) transmit malicious code or attempt to compromise system security; (d) reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the platform; or (e) use the platform in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure.
6. Intellectual Property
The BoVerse platform, including its software, design, and documentation, is the intellectual property of BoVerse Inc. Workflows you build using the platform are yours. The underlying platform infrastructure, modules, and agent capabilities remain the property of BoVerse Inc.
7. Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing terms presented at the time of subscription. All fees are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for recurring subscription fees. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of the platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoVerse Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases. We will make your data available for export for a period of 30 days following termination, after which it may be deleted.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
