What we can build for you.

Thinking in Workflows

In 1999, Donella Meadows, in her seminal book Thinking in Systems, showed that a rainforest, a corporation, and a national economy are all built from the same grammar — stocks that accumulate, flows that move between them, feedback that shapes the rates. Once you see the grammar, you can read any system. The complexity lives in the configuration, not in the vocabulary.

Workflows work the same way. A due diligence process, a contract monitoring operation, a vendor onboarding workflow, and a portfolio risk scan look completely different on the surface. Underneath, they are all configurations of the same primitives — assembled in different order, under different rules, with different domain logic embedded at the decision points.

Every workflow in BoVerse is built from this vocabulary. The difference between use cases is not what's possible — it's how the primitives are configured, what's automated versus human-approved, and where your domain expertise is embedded.

What varies between workflows

Which primitives are used, in what order, under what rules. How much is automated versus handed to a human for approval. Which primitives are visible to the user and which run silently in the background.

Where your expertise lives

At the decision points embedded inside the primitives — your validation thresholds, your scoring criteria, your approval routing, your exception logic. The primitive is generic. The configuration is yours.
