We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, to process your workflows, to communicate with you, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not use your data to train AI models. Your uploaded content is processed solely to deliver the workflow outputs you request.

3. Data Residency

All data processed through the BoVerse platform is stored and processed within Canada. We maintain Canadian data residency by default for all customers. No client data leaves Canadian infrastructure unless explicitly requested and configured by the customer.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or uploaded data. We may share information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating the platform (e.g., cloud infrastructure, payment processing via Stripe), but only to the extent necessary to provide our services. These providers are bound by contractual obligations to protect your data.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. Workflow outputs and uploaded documents are retained according to your account settings. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and regular security assessments. All access to client data is logged and auditable.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences (such as theme selection). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
