1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, use our services, or contact us. This may include your name, email address, organization name, and any data you upload to the platform for processing within workflows.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, to process your workflows, to communicate with you, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not use your data to train AI models, and our AI model providers do not train their models on it. Your uploaded content is processed solely to deliver the workflow outputs you request.

3. Where Your Data Is Stored and Processed

Your account information, uploaded files, and workflow outputs are stored in our database and file storage, which are hosted in Canada. To deliver AI features, the content a task needs (your prompt, the relevant document text or files, and the generated output) is sent to our AI model providers for processing, which takes place outside Canada, including in the United States. Search features send document text to providers that create and store search indexes, which may also be outside Canada. If your organization has specific data-location requirements, contact us before uploading data.

4. AI Model Providers

BoVerse uses Anthropic's Claude models through the Anthropic API, and may also use Claude through Amazon Bedrock and OpenAI models for search embeddings. These providers act as our service providers: under their commercial terms they do not use your content to train their models, and they keep it only for limited periods. For example, Anthropic deletes API inputs and outputs within 30 days by default, except where longer retention is needed to enforce its usage policy or to comply with the law.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or uploaded data. We share information with service providers who help us operate the platform, only to the extent necessary to provide our services: cloud hosting (Amazon Web Services, Supabase, Vercel), AI models (Anthropic, Amazon Bedrock, OpenAI), search and retrieval (Pinecone, and Tavily for web search), integrations you choose to connect (Composio), and payment processing (Stripe). These providers are bound by contractual obligations to protect your data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. Workflow outputs and uploaded documents are retained according to your account settings. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and regular security assessments. All access to client data is logged and auditable.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences (such as theme selection). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You may also request a copy of your data in a portable format. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@boverse.io.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the effective date below.
